Macro Mode is an Australian owned and operated company based in Sydney. It was established in December 2014, by Ken Thongpila to provide a range of products and solutions for the underwater camera enthusiast.
Macro Mode specialises in the sale of underwater camera equipment, including; underwater digital cameras, underwater camera housings, wet lenses, lights, strobes and other accessories for the beginner and experienced photographer alike.

Ken Thongpila is an experienced underwater photographer who specialises in macro photography. He regularly speaks at Dive and Travel Expos in Asia and judges international photo competitions. He created a facebook group for fellow enthusiasts Underwater Macro Photographers (UWMP) with the aim of ‘Sharing, Learning and Inspiring each other’, which now has more than 43,000 members from around the world. He is also a member of Diving Instructor World Association (DIWA) Underwater Photography Level 6 (Examiner).
